Our team has again managed to overcome these challenges. We completed this project together with our partner.
Merwestreek is realizing 13 homes here and we are only too happy to help with this. by providing all homes with masonry work floors, so that they can also make their work on all homes a good result here in the correct and safe way.
Challenge
Every successful Scaffolding is the result of hard work, and so is every lot here. We wouldn't get there with intuition alone, no, that's not enough. To create a safe scaffolding for people to use. we have to think, plan, communicate, we have to distinguish ourselves, and probably sometimes efface ourselves. for example, many vertical and horizontal transports are needed here to keep the plows busy and efficient. Our aim is here again !! To build it up quickly, safely and as beautifully as possible.
Activities
We spent about 3 days per block with assembly and 1.5 days with disassembly, we used the Tube-Lock system here. vertical and horizontal transports with the crane and horizontal transports with a telehandler. our partner had his own scaffolding material and his own means of transport for this job. drawings and calculations are also carried out by our partner. Here, too, we have worked hard to keep all the agreements made. we built all the corners on the beam here because there was too much transition height due to the thick clamps, so production has decreased a bit, but our specialists also knew how to handle this and achieved the delivery date on time, so that our partner has not had to pay any additional fines. the scaffolding was needed for carpentry, masonry, painting, window frames, zinc work
